We got there just early enough to photograph the home during the day time...finishing the shoot with sunset photos of the exteriors. Mother nature didn't disappoint with the sunset...we couldn't have wished for a better sky! So this is the second photo shoot that MediaCarrot photographed for Kerry Marsico at www.thedowntownmls.com for this property. I already knew that we'd be photographing the interior views at sunset...you can't have views like that and not do a twilight shoot! This is also a great example of daytime photographs vs twilight photographs on a property. Both are beautiful, but the twilights really take it up a bit. I have another client who has just realized this and has had me photographing all their listings at sunset...I love it! Take a look below!
You'll notice the difference in the warmth of the sky as that sun goes down. Warm oranges...to cool blues.
I absolutely love the warm glow of the sun in the windows on the right. What a different feel from the daytime shots!

This was a really fun property for MediaCarrot to photograph! It's another beautiful condo in the EVO building in downtown LA from Kerry Marsisco at www.thedowntownmls.com. 2,370 Sq. Ft., 2 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom beauty with a ton of amazing views! There is basically no need for a television with the amount of windows that look out over downtown LA and the Staples Centre.

Taylor Yard Apartments
Media Carrot Photography had the honor of photographing a great event for McCormick Baron Salazar. They had a ground breaking for their Taylor Yard apartments and senior housing. It's a very unique opportunity they have created. They purchased land from the old Taylor Rail Yard and have created a beautiful community. They have low income housing, have broke ground on senior housing and are also currently building modern condos for sale. They have also left land for a metro station to be built. It's really a great project and we were happy to photograph the event and feel all the excitement.

MediaCarrot had another great shoot with Jerry Sun and his team at www.jerrysun.com. It was a smaller condo, but just a cool layout. Mundane looking on the outside, pretty cool on the inside. This 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo is 1,122 sq.ft of condo that basically circles around the courtyard. We've always been a fan of this type of layout.
