Ysrella Ave. was a beautiful home that MediaCarrot photographed for our client Sunil Mehra at www.MyHouseSellers.com. We arrived just in time to meet the stagers and the wonderful homeowners. It was fun to get a little encouragement from the homeowners and then everyone left me to do my thing. #1910 is a condo that Media Carrot has photographed for our client Kerry Marsico at Coldwell Banker www.KerryMarsico.com, three times now. It's an interesting challenge I think many realtors have in trying to guide their clients to show their properties in the best light. The first time we photographed this 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom 1930 sq ft., it had occupants. I won't show you those photos. Kerry and I spent a lot of time moving things around to show it in the best light. Luckily a month later, when the tenants had moved and the condo had been cleaned, we came back for our second shoot. It was a vast improvement from the previous photos...however, Kerry knew that this property needed to be staged. This is one of those condos that needs that definition that proper staging gives. Finally, a few weeks ago, we were back for the third shoot with that staging. Staging was exactly what this property needed. Take a look at how the staging really works to define and show the space.

This downtown LA loft was one of those fun but challenging shoots. It has a great industrial feel...that we love...but those huge awesome windows can be a real challenge at the wrong time of day. So it was tough to keep those windows from blowing out and becoming completely white...instead of fighting it too much, we let that warm light come in and let that warm light show. I mean one of the main reasons to live there are those great windows! We photographed at The Shybary Grand Lofts, where this loft can be found, for Lisa Brende and Chris Corkum with Coldwell Banker www.chrisandlisarealestate.com. It was built in 1923. PS...Some times a photographer will end up in strange positions to get a s hot. For example, squeezed behind the bath tub or standing in the shower to get a better view of the room. Or other times we will need to sit on the toilet to make sure we are low enough to not be seen in the mirror above the sink. This is only awkward when the home owner walks in and does a double take.

It was fun to photograph and frustrating to floor plan...however it was very satisfying when I finally got it all drawn out! We photographed this home for Iren Bznuni and Bznuni Realty Group.
