We almost forgot to post this great loft in the historic Toy Factory Lofts! Media Carrot Photography photographed these are high end lofts in downtown Los Angeles a few weeks back. What a cool space! This was a 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom corner unit is 1438 sq ft and is one of the few with a great little balcony. There are amazing downtown views and the area has a ton of amazing restaurants. Surrounded by other factories, this one block of Industrial is really a micro-community.
