This is the second part of the home remodel post MedisCarrot posted yesterday. This is a beautiful home MediaCarrot photographed for Finesse Remodeling and Consulting www.finesseremodeling.com. Here are the photographs of the bathrooms. Take a look and let us know what you think!
This is a bathroom remodel that MediaCarrot photographed for our client Finesse Remodeling and Consulting. We have actually photographed this property before. They had another bathroom remodeled previously. It's nice to be able to come back to homes and see their transformation. When you see the photos below, you have to admit that there is a lot of bathroom packed into one little area. And that bathtub...dreamy!
This home in Dixie Canyon is a beautiful home MediaCarrot photographed for clients Sunil Mehra and Roy Lhanie at Keller Williams Realty My House Sellers. This is a 4 bedroom, 3.5 bath modern home at 3200 sq ft. Of course it was a fun home to shoot. Take a look below!
This is a beautiful property with amazing views of the ocean that MediaCarrot photographed for Fred DiBernardo at DiBernardo Realty. This is a 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom home on a big lot with 180° views. The downstairs is mostly open concept with the kitchen, living and dining room in one area and then a few steps down and you are in the family room. It was a great home...take a look below!
MediaCarrot Photographed Tourmaline for our clients at Aslan Realty. It was a great house on a hill in Los Angeles. It was a flip that they really did a nice job with. There were nice updates, but still character and charm...and that view isn't too bad either! Take a look!
This is a photo shoot MediaCarrot photographed for our client Finesse Remodeling and Consulting. www.FinesseRemodeling.com. It's a beautiful kitchen with custom gray cabinetry. We really enjoyed the work Finesse had completed and we really enjoyed chatting with the homeowner! It was one of those really pleasant shoots that we really enjoy...great conversation while photographing a beautiful home. Take a look below!
Don Jose is a property that MediaCarrot photographed for new client Shay Gozlan at Innovative Property Strategies. This is a beautiful modern home with a beautiful view of most of Los Angeles. This is a 4 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom home with glass walls that open on that amazing view. Once we saw the property, we knew we had to photograph this property at sunset! Be sure to click on the website to see all the photos not shown below!
This was a cool little photo shoot MediaCarrot Photography photographed for Pearl Remodeling www.pearlremodeling.com. This was a garage conversion to a media Room. It's meant for working out, watching tv, a bit of work...what more could you want. It is such a clean modern look...and those doors are fantastic! What a great new space!
Can we talk about this home and professional photos? This gorgeous home sold in a week. MediaCarrot Photographed this beautiful home at Sunset for our client Kerry Marsico www.kerryMarsico.com. It was amazing. I really could have stayed and photographed this home for hours. Really. It was one of those homes that just has it all. Nice space, great light, great staging, an amazing view, etc! This is a modern 4 bedroom, 4.5 bathroom single story home. Just take a look below at some of the shots. Then go look at the website to see the rest of the photos!
This is the master bathroom remodel that MediaCarrot photographed for Finesse Remodeling and Consulting. It belongs to the same house as the previous kitchen we posted about on Wedbesday. This was a spacious airy bathroom with a dreamy bath tub and nice big shower! Click on Finesse's website to see the 360° panorama and the detail shots from the photo shoot.
PS...Some times a photographer will end up in strange positions to get a s hot. For example, squeezed behind the bath tub or standing in the shower to get a better view of the room. Or other times we will need to sit on the toilet to make sure we are low enough to not be seen in the mirror above the sink. This is only awkward when the home owner walks in and does a double take.
Media Carrot Photography was lucky to photograph this beautiful model home for Ray Pedraz at Beneficial Commercial Capital. This home is one of 7 homes being built. It's a 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom, 2,334 sq ft all brand new and well planned. Take a look at some of the photos below!

Last weekend I photographed for Desi Kepe at Wealthpoint Realty. He sent me to 921 Lincoln St. As I was driving to the house, I started trying to recall which house I had recently photographed a house for him on Lincoln. He flips a lot of houses in Burbank, so it's not so uncommon to photograph multiple houses on the same street.
I pulled up to the house and went to work as usual. Photographed this beautiful house in his normal style. Simple, contemporary and clean design with great staging from Style My Space. I photographed away and when I was finished, I went to work on editing the photos.
That's when I finally realized that I had photographed this house before. Yes the floor plan was similar to some of his other houses. However, this house was a completely different floor plan than when I had photographed it before. The front exterior was the same and even the cute little building in back was the same. I even looked at that little building out back and thought about how it was similar to one I had photographed for him before. haha!
It was fun to look back and see how they changed it. It looks fantastic and of course was fun to shoot!
We have been photographing for ICON Builders for the better part of this year. During that time we have photographed Mission Plaza a few times...photographing the progression of the rehabbing they have done on the apartment complex. It really is fun to see the changes each time we visit the property. They recently finished the work on Mission Plaza. So, last weekend we got to photograph the Grand Re-Opening of the Mission Plaza Apartments. It's always to switch it up and photograph an event. We get to test out other parts of our creativity. It was an absolutely beautiful day! Perfect for this great event with a mariachi band, lots of food, face painters and fun! I think everyone had a great time! Take a look at the photos!
