We are revisiting 580 Terrill Ave today to show off the spectacular twilight photos of the property. It’s such a beautiful lush front and back yard. The large trees in the front give the whole house the feeling of being a secluded oasis.

When I went to write this blog up and look up the property online to see if it was still listed, I noticed that it wasn't looking completely familiar. This is a beautiful home we photographed in Bradbury for our client Jerry Sun. It was a twilight shoot up towards the mountains. It was a beautiful neighborhood on a beautiful night and we were excited to photograph this home...until we saw the bear warning signs. Not to worry...we survived! The home had a nice security fence around it and was generally a cozy warm home with a beautiful yard. This is a 4 bedroom, 3.5 bathroom, 3500 sq ft home. MediaCarrot photographed this beautiful home in Northridge for our client Vahik "William" Alkhasian at Dream Home Financial. We actually photographed this home a few times to make sure you could see the home a few times of the day. First, let me tell you, the view from this house of the San Fernando Valley is outstanding! This is a large 3662 sq ft, 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom. This home has a formal living room, a family room, and a huge game room. It's a great home for a large family! It really is spacious yet comfortable. Then there are the fruit trees. I'm sure you all know MediaCarrot has a weakness for fruit trees...this property has them. 135 Arlington is a beautiful craftsman that MediaCarrot photographed for real estate agent Jerry Sun. It was a fun shoot. The home owners were fun to talk to and were nice to show off little details to me. This 2,405 sq.ft home has 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The lot it's on is over 10,000 sq ft with a great outdoor area including a very cozy outdoor room with fireplace and kitchen.
